That means from the first consultation, through design, sourcing, installation and finishing, you'll have a single point of contact on hand to support you. For some clients that involves us spending time collaborating on a design and sourcing suitable products at discounted rates from our network of high quality suppliers. Others know exactly what they want and have already ordered it. In these instances we typically walk through the design to see if there's anywhere we can add the benefit of our experience and double check the order list to ensure nothing is missed that might delay our installation experts from starting the job.
1. In Person Consultation
Whilst our competitors are increasingly moving to virtual 'walkarounds', we believe seeing the space and meeting our clients in person is an important part of the process.
2. Design
Once we've agreed your vision for the project, our designers will create a set of design drawings that will be used to source materials and ultimately guide our installers.
3. Sourcing & Supply
After you've signed off on your detailed design and agreed a budget, we work with our network of high quality suppliers to find tiles and sanitaryware that you love.
4. Installation & Finishing
